I'm a HUGE Beatles fan. My room is covered with posters of the band, I have every song they ever released, and the wallpaper on my phone alternates between the Beatles and Marilyn Monroe. So when I saw this cut off tassel tank on the Old Street Facebook page I just had to have it. It is definitely one of the best online vintage/thrift stores I have come across. They create these tees and tanks themselves with all sorts of different, interesting and cool slogans. Love! This outfit is kind of grunge inspired, I'm drawing a lot of inspiration from the grunge-era lately. The big hoop earrings, the sneakers, the beanie hat and over sized plaid shirt - all very 90's!

Pumpkin and Pastel

It's SUPER windy at the moment so it is difficult to get many pictures that don't feature me with my hair all over my face! But we try our best and I think we managed to get some good ones :) This post is quite spring-inspired again. I really love this t-shirt dress that I bought from Pick and Pay Clothing, no less. I am obsessed with the peachy colour, it is one of my favourites at the moment. The shoes are amazing. I adore the gladiator effect. I really like nude heels because they are so versatile. They also work really well with the gold jewelry! The more I look at this outfit, the more I like it, what do you think?? :)

The Secret Garden

I love the springtime. It is my favourite season of the year. Everything is green and fresh and the air smells like Bougainvillea and Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. It brings to mind lush fields and picnics. Okay it is Summer on this side of the world at the moment but I decided to put together a spring inspired post anyway. I love all things floral when it comes to my wardrobe. I am a self-professed, amateur seamstress and I made the shorts I am wearing in this post. They are my first proper item of clothing that I've made (aside from numerous alterations) and I am very proud of my accomplishment. I just can't get enough of these boots from Mr Price, they are so versatile. The bag, sunglasses, headband and shirt are all from Mr Price. The necklaces are DIY jobs (I also like making jewelry). I would also like to give a big shout out to my über talented sister, Emma, who takes all the photos for my blog :)
